How to cancel or return an order

ORDERING
While visiting the website of Long Life Learning Systems, you can add products to your shopping basket. You can view and change the contents of this shopping basket by clicking on the shopping basket logo.
When you have finished shopping and the basket contains all the products you want to order, you may proceed to checkout by following these easy steps:
1) Order as a guest or log in with your own account.
You may choose to create your own account. Though not compulsory, it does have a number of advantages:
You only need to enter your details once, and you can view previous orders and place repeat orders at the click of a mouse.
Extra options: wish list (bookmarks), multiple delivery addresses, tags, reviews, etc.
2) Fill in your details.
These details are needed for the payment and to enable use to post your order. You may choose to have the parcel delivered to an alternative address.
3) Add alternative delivery address.
If you have opted for delivery to an alternative address, you need to fill in the details of the delivery address here.
4) Select delivery options
Here you can choose between regular parcel post and cash on delivery (COD)
5) Make a payment
Here you can choose between paying via iDEAL, COD (in the Netherlands) or payment by invoice.
6) Verification
Please verify all the details of your order. Use the column on the right-hand side to make any changes necessary. Once you have double-checked all your details and are certain that you are ready to place the order, you can finalise your order by clicking on “order”.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer secure payment via iDEAL, COD (in the Netherlands) or payment by invoice.
iDEAL
iDEAL allows you to make a secure payment online. Your payment transaction is conducted in the familiar payment environment of your own bank. When placing your order, you can indicate that you want to pay via iDEAL. At the end of the ordering process, after confirmation, you can select the bank you want to use for making the payment. This will open a link to the online environment of your own bank. The payment instruction is created automatically. All you need to do is to confirm it by entering the information required. iDEAL is supported by Rabobank, ABN Amro, ING Bank, Postbank and SNS.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
This option allows you to pay the TNT Post employee directly upon receipt of your parcel. So make sure you have the correct amount available in cash when TNT Post comes to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home to accept the parcel, or if you do not have the full amount payable at hand, the TNT Post employee will leave a pick-up notice. You will then be able to collect the parcel from a post office in your area. The post office will keep the parcel for a period of two weeks. Almost all post offices accept debit card payments. Bear in mind that additional postage and packaging charges apply to COD deliveries.
The COD service is not available to addresses outside the Netherlands.
INVOICE
You may also opt for payment by invoice. Once we have received your payment, the products will be posted.

POSTAGE
Within the Netherlands.
Postage charges within the Netherlands are € 2.95 per order.
Please note: We are unfortunately obliged to add an additional COD fee of € 12.50 for COD payments. The total postage for COD payments therefore comes to € 15.45.All postage fees include VAT.
Outside the Netherlands, within Europe.
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands but still within Europe are € 4.00 per order.
All postage fees include VAT.
Outside Europe
Shipping costs outside Europe are € 12.50 per order.

DELIVERING TIMES
Long Life Learning Systems will always try to deliver your order within 2 to 5 days. All our orders, with the exception of workshops, are delivered by TNT Post and TNT parcel services. Orders that do not fit through the letterbox will be sent by parcel post.
International orders are usually delivered within 3-10 working days.

HOW TO CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER
CANCELLATION
If we have not yet dispatched your order, you may cancel your order at no charge.
If you cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please do not accept the parcel upon delivery.
If Long Life Learning Systems has already received your payment, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price once we have received your parcel by return post.
Please not that postage will be deducted (only if you refuse the unopened parcel upon delivery and instruct the delivery service to take it back).
RETURNS/COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You are entitled to a cooling-off period of seven days, starting on the date of delivery, during which you may return the product without giving a reason. This does not apply to customised products or items ordered specially for you. In that case, the product may only be returned if unused and in the original packaging.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items already received can be sent back to the return address below. Long Life Learning Systems will refund you the entire purchase sum plus the calculated postage. You will however be responsible for paying the return postage.
You will also be responsible for paying the return postage if you are returning part of the order. In that case, you will receive a refund of the purchase sum of the returned part of the order, but no refund on postage.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be communicated to Long Life Learning Systems in writing. You may do so by e-mail or regular post. Please include your full name and invoice number in all correspondence.
If you require a refund, we will also need your bank account details. Belgian customers should also provide the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: The account number that you provide for a refund must match the account number you used when making the payment to Long Life Learning Systems. This is in order to prevent refund fraud.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days.
